The 2013 ACM-ICPC Central Europe Regional Contest
Final report
The 2013 ACM-ICPC Central Europe Regional Contest was held from November 15 to 17, 2013. The competition was hosted by Theoretical Computer Science Department at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. We had 72 teams coming from 30 universities from Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. The contest took place at the Faculty of Mathemathics and Computer Science building, on Sunday, November 17, starting at 9:30:00 CET and ending at 14:30:00 CET. The online judge used for the contest was our own Satori Contest System.
There was a total of 12 problems to solve. Of those, 10 problems was solved during the contest. Every team solved at least one problem, and the maximum number of problems solved was 9. The problemset is available here.
The top five teams are:
- Team Docikáme ďalej from Comenius University: Ján Hozza, Peter Fulla, Tomáš Belan (9 problems solved, total time 1054 minutes).
- Team Jagiellonian Sharknado from Jagiellonian University: Piotr Bejda, Igor Adamski, Jakub Adamek (9 problems solved, total time 1387 minutes).
- Team UW1 from University of Warsaw: Jakub Oćwieja, Tomasz Kociumaka, Jarosław Błasiok (8 problems solved, total time 688 minutes).
- Team Zagreb 1 from University of Zagreb: Goran Žužić, Ivan Katanic, Stjepan Glavina (8 problems solved, total time 969 minutes).
- Team UWr1 from University of Wrocław: Tomasz Syposz, Jakub Tarnawski, Anna Piekarska (8 problems solved, total time 1003 minutes).
